The Mortgage Loan Originator position is primarily responsible for generating residential mortgage and development loans through solicitation of individual borrowers, real estate brokers, builders and developers. Work is varied in nature with changing priorities. Incumbent applies in-depth knowledge of mortgage lending principles and technologies to work performed. Works under limited supervision and in compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations.

Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; participates in special department projects.

The Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting in the coordination of all marketing and social media and networking activities of the company. Marketing Interns will join the marketing operation and sales teams to create compelling content with great influence. The team focuses on creating a premium video experience for all content types. The position is also responsible for being the primary contact as appropriate of public relations and media contacts, advertising, and certain business development activities that promote the spirit, philosophy, dedication, and general direction of the company.

This role ls responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the department through the provision of effective leadership and training. The Operations Manager works collaboratively with Senior Management to proactively identify operational inefficiencies.
